I have been getting the private contracts issue, both yesterday (10/1 post-DT) and today (10/2 post-DT), with the no local index error. It has been intermittent, though.

On both days, I logged in, and tried a few times unsuccessfully to create a private contract, but late (5 minutes or so) the issue seems to have resolved and I can make private contracts. I had remained logged in, so it wasn't a matter of rebooting the client. I'm not sure whether it was just a matter of time or whether I did something in between that "fixed" the issue.

The problem should be resolved (again). No word yet on if this will happen again tomorrow but it is being looked into.

I am experiencing this issue today. Cannot get it to go step 3 in create contract process. I do not receive an error, just won't proceed.

The "next" button in Pick Items (2/4) is not working.
