Noticing this as well wrt NPC POCOs

This is off the kb, but I've checked, and the in-game kms as well as the api pulls are producing the same result, so the issue is definitely on CCPs end.

Happened to some of my corpmates after they blew up a customs office. It only showed 1 pilot on the killmail.

I think this is a very urgent issue that should be made priority for fixing, because it is damaging permanent records.
