It's a new account package deal. Pay for a month of gametime up front (at $9.99 USD) on a new account using the appropriate link, and you get both the male and female versions. Thankfully for me, I needed to create another alt anyway! Cool


EDIT: Female top has been claimed by a friend, who had first dibs. Sorry!

Highly suspect that the pirate ones will be some sort of buddy invite/recall reward. I don't have any PROOF, mind... Just a gut feeling. What?

...Also I love how my profile shows the updated picture with the ORE jacket, which I added a little bit ago, but all the pictures by my posts still have the older top.

Doubtful.

Lots of past promotionals have given both. Like the SOE teeshirts from PLEX FOR GOOD.

hm. clicking through to "Next" felt a bit unceremonious. They could entice visitors with a better item listing.

At one stage if you look at the small text there should be a little list with the male top, female top, mining frigate skillbook, and a Venture.

I totally agree that they should advertise it a bit more- These are cool things to give a new player. There should be more clear signs about what is being given away to entice more new accounts.

Try creating a new shortcut to eve.exe . If the working directory for your shortcut is not up to date the eve client cannot find the ssl certificate store and the ssl handshake with to store fails.

why do my launchers open then immediately exit, casing me to re open them before they work. I've asked for this before: I think the launcher needs its own launcher.

You know what I think the NES store needs? Suits of armour. That way if I ever get a girlfriend, I can get her to polish it for me while I'm out at the pub with mates. That way she'll get her night in, shining armour.
