Is there a Gecko Blueprint or LP Store?

I know that everyone was given 8 Gecko's for Eve's 11th birthday, but are there any more in the game that can be made with blueprints or bought with LP?

It just seems like the number of Geckos on the market is staying pretty constant but I have yet to confirm if there are any more being generated in the game other than the anniversary drones.

The gecko is a finite resource which is why its increase from 10m a drone to 30m and at one point it was 40m a drone.

Incursion runners on their high-horse that run everything as long as they are awake see no problem to losing a drone and going to buy a new one, other people go and but cheaper drones.

eventually it will run out until ccp does another injection.
