Launcher shows offline, bin.exe file(edit: workaround found)

Pretty much per the title.. the launcher is in offline mode, and the bin.exe file wont connect due to incompatible version.

Used repair.exe to get the patch, launcher still comes up offline, so used bin.exe and am now back in the game.

that repair worked, launcher still offline. and using the bin.
