Rattlesnake for L4 missions

got one on the weekend...
holy smokes, that thing is quite overpowered.
soloed easily Guristas Extravaganza in a fraction of the time it took in my CNR.
Sentry Drones FTW

anyone else think these are awesome?

I agree and love it. I use to use cruise but now torps most the time for big explosions up close. Plus I am always fitted for a hybrid of PVP as well incase Loren pops into my mission to say hello....

im sticking with cruise, torps are nice up close but i dont like the short distance they have.
i primarily plant myself on one spot, and pick off the 25+ KM rats with sentries+ cruise missiles then pull in the sentries and let hob 2's chew up the rest

the tank on this thing is immense when mission damage fitted.

Indeed it is. You should consider dropping some tank for applied damage increasing modules such as target painters for your missiles and omni-directional tracking links for drones.

You should also have a sentry damage augmentor rig if you haven't already :)

i have one omni for drones in mids, i was using sheild regen rigs, im going to swap one out for sentry damage

i wish itwasnt a 22 day skill to be able to get T2 sentries,

Rattlesnake is a pretty bitty but if you are doing missions in it faster than you were with your CNR you were either fitting or flying it wrong. No contest there ;D

could be a combo of both, my character is a year older and wiser in fittings

You can't possibly go wrong fitting it. its an AFK mission ship.

Love mine Big smile
With having to go afk occasionally it is perfect for me and completes missions in good time. It's not as fast as a tengu or Mach, but it gets the job done in decent time for me.

yup rattlesnake can handle L4's just fine .. not the fastest but tank is massive nice fit

I like a faster Rattlesnake for breezing through gated missions, so favor a MWD and Power Diagnostics instead of Power Relays. It's not exactly an AFK fit, but it's low-skill and the tank is still more than adequate and I rarely get below 70% shields even in the second rooms of the Worlds Collide. The hardeners cost a bit, but the rest is cheap and easily obtainable, plus you can make it up in a couple of days worth of level 4's.

1x Shadow Serpentis 100MN MWD
2x Federation Navy Omnidirectional Tracking Link
1x Pith X-Type Heat Dissipation Field
