is the Power of Two deal over?

Unfortunately, it looks as though the "Power of Two" promotion has ended for now, as of November 28.

What you may consider instead is using the 60 day trial codes they're handing out to start a second account, you'd at least get two months free, though there might be some restrictions on that account. Depending on what you're using it for that may or may not make a difference though.

thanks how do i get a 60d trial code?

You go to to the account management page and click "Activate a code". That will have you login and give you a code. then you follow the instructions how to activate it.

Just be warned, after you activate it, you get the 60 days free trial BUT you CANNOT run any other accounts with it UNTIL you take the new account out of trial. I forgot about that and activated a trial and couldn't run ANY of my accounts alongside the trial character until I plexed it out of trial status.
