I guess that depends on your definition of busy, if you mean doing something with your time logged in - this can be solved by logging in just long enough to change skills, and then logging out - technically you were busy while playing. Otherwise, the answer is, you don't.

I had a plan from the very first day of EVE to go straight for the Amarr battleships in this order:
Apocalypse ---> Navy Apoc ---> Paladin

3 years later and full skills in gunnery, I'm having lots of fun.

Next stop, training for a Chimera

-Being social with my Corpies (if you're not a forum alt, I notice you're in an NPC Corp, OP)

-Filling my pockets with the most recent Isk making scheme I have come up with

-Flying dangerously and avoiding people who have far less interest in my safety than my good self

-Trolling the odd mining belt with a combat fitted ship, just to watch them scatter like Roaches P

Why, thank you, Thing!

There's more truth to this than one may realize. I've never had, since I was just a kid, a problem dreaming up things to do. Yet, I've known people who won't do anything unless they're shown to do something. It takes all types as they say. (I'd never get my master plans off the ground without co-conspirators.) But if it's not giddy fun, eventually it comes down to seriousness. In this world that always means, knuckle down with the tools provided, nose to the grindstone, get the pay, buy the shiney, repeat (and no rinse.) Eventually, it comes down to mindless repetition. It's the elephant in the room. Drink enough, and you can avoid seeing it.

Welcome to the modern age.
