Riot about what? They're dropping official support from channels they don't have the ability to officially support. You are free to form an un-official language channels and ask CCP to help make new players aware of them. The end result should be pretty much what you have now in reality anyway.

But CCP don't want to response. So don't expect CCP will help new player aware of them. That is a big difference.

I see people having a temper tantrum over it. I can understand why theyre unhappy with it but its true that CCP cant support it and therefore it has to go. More work than its worth.
