I interpret that as a bet from you that's open to anyone. A bet that requires the loser to self-ban by pr0n. A bet based on locking characteristics that are all highly unlikely or game-able.

This thread is really about making a few, fun, harmless bets on the specific outcomes of what some posters on the forums do to themselves when they break the rules.

That's it. This is not a commentary on moderation. It's not satire. It's not veiled criticism of ISD. It's none of your tinfoil-hattery. Sorry I'm not as smart and layered and nuanced and stuff the way you are.
