Standings and Broker Fees

I've read that standings affect broker fees. I currently have Accounting and Broker Fees to V and my broker fees still show as .50%.
Are standings not calculated in the sell window or do standings no longer affect fees? I've looked through the forum and googled it but I couldn't get clarification.

With max skill and no standing, both broker fees and transaction tax are 0.75%

They do affect orders.
Max skills will give you 0.75% on both fee and tax.
But standings will affect Brokers' fees.

Your 0.5% looks about right. 0.185% is the minimum you can get based on the formula.
