I don't scam or anything considered "bad", but CCP policing outside the game is plain wrong. And the "bully" excuse is silly since anyone can disconnect from any TS. To continue or not to feed the trolls, like the guy in the bonus room story, is more of the responsability of the "victim" than something else. Because at the end we all are behind screens, it's not like to be cornered in a street with a gun on our temple...

I'm not a fan of James315 but when you see hate and death threat emails, IN THE GAME, and even in local, posted on his website that him and the others associated to him received, that's a more concern than bumping/exploding 3d objects in a frigging game... Curiously CCP do nothing against that.

Eve was my first MMO experience and certainly the last, and not because of the so called "bad/evil" players in game...

Such matters shall remain private between CCP and the involved user. Questions or comments concerning warnings and bans will be conveyed through email or private messaging. CCP operate a zero tolerance policy on abuse of CCP employees and ISD volunteers. This includes but is not limited to personal attacks, trolling, “outing” of CCP employee or ISD volunteer player identities, and the use of any former player identities when referring to the aforementioned parties.
Our forums are designed to be a place where players and developers can exchange ideas in a polite and friendly manner for the betterment of EVE Online. Players who attack or abuse employees of CCP, or ISD volunteers, will be permanently banned from the EVE Online forums across all their accounts with no recourse, and may also be subject to action against their game accounts.

32. Rumor mongering is prohibited.

Rumor threads and posts which are based off no actual solid information and are designed to either troll or annoy other users will be locked and removed. These kinds of threads and posts are detrimental to the well being and spirit of the EVE Online Community, and can create undue panic among forum users, as well as adding to the workload of our moderators.
