A bill is abit much for a frig, even with really high end modules it would be quite hard to get it to 1 bil unless you're slapping stuff on there just to make it more expensive. Worm is an obvious choice cause you can use augmented drones which cost a fair bit as well as having tight enough fitting to warrant using faction launchers and stuff.

Here you go, 1 bil worm below, fly with high grade snakes and booster alt for 7255m/s + 47km point +25km web + 360dps + 11.6k EHP tank. Use dread guristas ammo, don't get caught or you'll still die to a blob anyway.

But i'll slap blingy stuff only if it actually improves (even marginally) over t2 or meta.

So, first thing. We need a missile/rocket boat, since the other weapons benefit from t2 ammo too much and we need faction weaps to bump the cost from "unreasonable" to "outrageous". Or drones because of augmenteds.

No hawk because that's even less enageable than a worm. No vengeance because that is also quite not engageable for the most part.

So we need a t1 non pirate frig, shooting missiles. Geneally speaking.

I dunno. Web is awesome, but without it you can get an impressive kite fit, or slap a monster buffer tank on it (close to 20k EHP, and i'm not talking about bling here) while mantaining dps around 300. Depends on the situation i guess.
