Assuming, for a moment - and this is a pretty damn big assumption - that that's accurate, that probably makes him harder to find than if he were anywhere else in the entire rest of the universe.

So actually... now that I come to think of it, not such a bad idea after all. Jita 4-4's so busy harbour control barely has time to say "yes" or "no", let alone check the identity of a ship that's docking or undocking, or its pilot. So much traffic in one place, so many people coming and going and milling about, of so many different races and backgrounds...

Yeah, you know? Now that I give it some thought, Jita 4-4 actually makes a little more sense than it used to.
