Way too long. It does highlight some (consistent) operational issues with CCP, the rest was self-serving.

I do agree with the first portion about the explanation for bans or rulings. I just got hit with some warning for Offensive Language. I have been talking the way I talk for 8 years in EVE, never had an issue. so it would have been nice to have a specific example of what the offending language was, but nope.

ZERO opportunity to understand the specifics of what you did wrong, so you could help correct yourself. The ELUA/TOS references are vague sometimes.

He compares the staff to a box of chocolates and I know this is untrue.
If they were like a box of chocolates then recent events would suggest Riot has picked out all the good ones and we are left with the orange goo filled ones. But I had a discussion with somebody from CCP just the other day and they did not try to poison me at any point.

As for the rest of the article.......TLDR just isn't enough.
