RAM Corporation is combining strategic market ventures and opportunities to take a competitive advantage in the market. RAM Corporation is a privately held company. Infinity Karr is the sole investor to date in the company and has invested 848,417,332.87 ISK receiving 1,000 shares of stock valued at 848,417.33 ISK a share (Owner’s Equity/Shares outstanding).

After RAM Corporation’ first financial close it is pleased to report net income of 91,307,111.69 ISK raising the price of the stock to 939,724.45 a share. No dividends have been declared to date. The next financial close will be on December 23th (EDITED WILL RELEASE FINANCIALS ON A MONTHLY BASIS). RAM Corporation is very pleased to report earnings per share of 91,307.11 ISK from its continuing operations.
Total Assets as of 12/9/11 939,724,444.64 ISK
Net Income for 12/9/11 of 91,307,111.69 ISK

Side note:
I am looking for 2-3 analysts to report on a “market value” for RAM Corporation stock. Since I can only value my stock based on its current financial performance it would be nice to have a market value based on future earnings.
If anyone has any questions about my financial statements /comments/feedback please let me know.

I would also like to thank the programmer of EvE Mentat I could not have done any of these financial reports without your tool.

Doesn't financial statements also include a balance sheet and cashflow statement along with the P&L? The balance sheet especially would be key if you want an external party to value your shares.

The price of the share is not $939,724.45, because that was not the last traded price of these shares. Book value per share is probably what you are trying to describe. Though again, with just a P&L available, we simply have to take your word that total net assets are $939,724,450.00. Furthermore, any proper value analysis would also have to price in risks in your main markets.

Also what is your reporting period? From you plan two release another one of these on the 23rd it would appear there will be one every two weeks? That is fairly ambitious. At the most I would personally aim for monthly reports, that would also give you a bit more time to put together a proper set of statements rather than an export from Eve Mentat.

Anyway just a few things that came immediately to mind when I saw this. I certainly don't mean to discourage you as this is something I've always wanted to explore but have been too lazy to do (Eve already feels like more work than play some days!)

Thanks for your reply. By share price I mean the book value of the share. I am however looking at speculators to give an earnings forecast on my company. That is a great idea about having monthly reports instead of every two weeks. I will probably have an internal report done every two weeks followed by a monthly reported released here.

I do not want to create a statement of cashflows since I dont really see the need since almost all my accounting is going to be on the cash basis. I also have both my balance sheet and income statement spreadsheets available on my website feel free to check them out. http://www.feartheram.com/financials.html

Ugh ... I hate british style of balanced sheets.

And if you are not British, then I really wonder where you learnt this style because liabilities before equity ... yuk.

and goodwill is a non current asset, which should fall in with fixed assets, all under NCAs.

other than that, it might be interesting to publish a couple ratios, maybe expand on your working capital a bit.

Levija I am using the US format for financial reports.

Levija and Lord Wickham thanks for your interest I will contact you ingame with what I am looking for with regards to financial performance. Sadly, I do not know if any other corporations are public with this information so it may be difficult to evaluate me against my competitors.

As an audit control I will post a screenshot showing my Cash Balance ingame it will tie to the cash showed on the monthly balance sheet this will be posted on my website. This will greatly reduce the risk of fraud. If anyone can think of other internal controls/outside controls I can implement please let me know.
