completed 1st mission said reward is shield extension to do next one andget guns and mining equipment it says go to item hanger and appy skill says 2 items in hanger says 35 000 isk est price at bottom yet i see blank grey box is my game glitched should i delete and redownload eve

Gratz on getting your first problem solved. Hopefully you won't run into many more.

In the future when you encounter a problem like that, best thing to do is file a Support Ticket in-game by pressing F12 or click the "Help" button (Blue Man icon) in the NeoCom Panel and select "Create New Support Ticket". Category/Group selection = Game Play / Agent mission in progress - Character stuck. Include a polite, brief and detailed explanation of the problem.

A GM (Game Master) will quickly respond within 5 to 15 minutes and either reset the mission or spawn the missing items for you.

One thing to remember about this game is it's a strategy time sink requiring patience, research and planing. It's definitely not a game of instant gratification. Don't get discouraged, the first week or 2 is the hardest. After that you'll be space truckin' round the stars like an old Vet.
