You don't know how close you are to the truth :) Statements by some prominent Gal players about 'How Gallente can do this or CalMil can't do that' have been cited to me by some of these groups as the reason they are coming. One person in particular stated that 'Nobody could stop him' - well with the boredom currently in some parts of this great game, certain entities have decided to take up his challenge.

We haven't really heard much from razor. But from what we have heard they are more interested in fighting some big entities in low sec and the gallente are just a rp sort of sideline. Picture a lion standing off with a tiger. In front of the tiger there is an ant yelling at the lion "yeah you better stand down!"

I predict this will go down like many other null sec invasions into fw. If Razor does any organized occupancy stuff Gallente will quickly flee to their home systems. They will lose all the other systems claiming they didn't want those systems anyway. In the past null sec entities have run up the tiers and not bothered with the gallente home systems because it is dumb to fight where the enemy has logistical advantages. By the time they hit tier 4 Razor will be pretty tired of orbiting buttons and will likely go back to wherever they came from. Gallente will claim they won against another null sec entitiy.

Who knows we may see something different. The recent changes helped the side with more players so maybe razor will have an easier time holding systems and start pushing home systems before they burn out.

How would they claim credit for the caldari occupancy when they can't even gain occupancy for caldari any more than they can for gallente? I mean if they are just entering the warzone as neutrals with a few lolwardecs what difference does that make for occupancy?

So far the Razor Alliance alliance has smartly avoided occupancy warfare. They war dec'd Gallente militia corporations but did not join Caldari militia. They have kept Hallanen clean of squids too, and for that we thank them.
