Noticed this while hunting mordus and officer spawns in lowsec and rapidly going between belts while killing frigates.
When you start to warp towards something, and it spools up into warp mode, your missiles gets consumed but they don't do any damage at all. Visually they clearly hit, and your launchers cycles and fires missiles, but no damage is being done to the target.

Reproduce steps:
Get a ship with launchers, prefered one with high align time
Shoot at a target that can take damage
Confirm it's doing damage
Start warping to something, while the launchers are firing
Missiles will do no damage now, but still be consumed
Stop the warp, and they will do damage once again

I have filed a bug report about this, but that was 2 months ago and the ticket is now marked as Closed, and since this is still an issue, I figured I would come here instead.

I'm not sure if it's a bug or not.

Stealth bomber missiles won't hit if you cloak before they strike their target.
You now can't transfer items from containers in space to your ship while warp spools up.
It may be intended tbh, to stop hit n' run / canflipping shenanigans.
