Official CCP statement on server instability?

So what do players need to do to get official word from CCP what the hell is going on?

Servers just went down for germany, website unreachable, everything dead. So what is going on, I think we deserve some answers, for last month server has been acting up and I am yet to see that CCP even acknowledges there is a problem.
