I am in Gallente space -- all the Corp Statuses are 7.6 not 8+ with the Gallente, which is breaking any ability to install Jump Clones.

HELP!

I am IN Verge Vendort -- tried Clellinon and every since system and station up to 5 jumps out.

As an example -- seeing the pretty much everywhere out here -- at the Center for Advaned Studies
your status is:

Gallente Fed > Estel Arador 7.60 (Excellent) <-- not the 8 required out here. This status is blocking any Jump Clone creation
at a Gallente station -- region of space, Essence vs Verge Vedor is irrelevent :: sigh :: I used the lookup to identify systems and stations to try.

Something is corrupting your status with Gallente. Again, any suggestion that can help?
