New Eden Store does not work ever.

I have been waiting and waiting and waiting and i can wait no longer.
I use the Eve Launcher to login however I have NEVER even seen the contents of the New Eden Store because IT DOESN'T WORK.
Can someone please explain why I can't access the new eden store?
