The seedbox has a 10 Mbyte/sec upload limit, which is more than enough for most downloaders. Connectivity to the seedbox is good for many countries, but there are a minority that do have poor throughput. There's really nothing I can do about that without paying $$ for seedboxes around the world.

EDIT: Only uploading at about 150 kbytes/sec at the moment (0 down), so there is a lot of bandwidth still available.

No idea. Nothing has changed on my end.

Someone earlier was downloading at 1.7 MB/s, which isn't even close to the limit. Right now there are a few downloaders, and they are doing under 250 KB/s all combined (slow).

Anything could be happening on the network between you and the seed. Example: your ISP could be imposing limits (especially on torrent traffic), or the network is just very busy at this time of day. I can't do anything about that.

Note that the Oceanus expansion is Tuesday Sept. 30th, so there will definitely be another release then.

EDIT: You may have also gotten a burst of speed initially from one of the incomplete peers, to whom you have a better network connection.
