just an Fyi if you get contacted by these guys. They convo you after seeing you fly around HS usually, telling you they are part of an "anti-gank" task force. They then proceed to recontact you a few days later asking for help to kill Npcs or something suspicious/obvious like that.

of course they are the gankers. not sure how but they also manage to fool freighters into aggression, without wardec apparently.

I've seen freighters with 2 to 3 billion isk kill rights some more then that... If you wanna pay for that then go ahead.

My old corp (Black Dawn Rising) used to run after Killrights... and to counter Steppa Musana saying, my killboard actually does support these claims Lol
And yes, there is not only the scam killrights on freighters, but also the "stupid" ones.
The issuer of KR just need to keep in mind to either hunt their targets down by themselfs, or to find someone who does professionally Blink Making em public for 0 ISK does not provide satisfactory kills.

I will, on occasion, hang around near freighters in something tanky to get killrights on CODE. pilots when they're doing freighter ops. I then make said killrights public for 20mil ISK or so. Surely enough, people buy them even though they are all -10 and can be shot on sight in hisec anyways.

No end of stupid indeed....
