I recently have been seeing a lv3 mission where the targets seem to be able to utilize equipment that they shouldnt be able to field.
Illegal Activity 1 of 3

There are these Tristans called Federation Navy Officers....that are at times seeminlgy more lethal when firing their guns.....and at other times they do this
16:19:45 Combat 79 from Federation Navy Officer - Mjolnir Heavy Missile - Hits

meaning they fire very slowly let alone slow firing rates......but

How does a frigate mount a Heavy missile in the first place??? that is the question.

Is it possible to maybe start upgrading the npc's to be consistent more so in how we are able to fit our own ships. Im sure asking for them to start utilizing better AI or maybe even start using drones of their own or something is probably out of the question.....but come on if an npc can mount a Hvy Missile.....especially a tristan then i want the option to mount one on my Kestrel.

Have you heard of a stealth bomber? It can fit Torpedo launchers! Those are even bigger than heavies. How cant this be possible? IT'S A VIDEO GAME. Roll

I thought rule 2 was refer to rule 1

When did it change?

ummm, they're pirates FFS, surely you do not expect them to comply with your rules.

I guess I am almost a 'vet' by now. Hopefully not too bitter and managing to help more than I hinder. I build and sell many things, including large collections of bookmarks.

Game shark!

They have their own line of weapons and equipment that behave differently than our own, like drains that act like Nuets, ABs with a sig penalty, capless weapons with a freighter's worth magazine, tackle that can make faction fit Loki's and Orthros' with boosters look like utter fail. Oddly, though, none of them seem to have heard of hardeners or drones. Strange.

And the vast majority of them are still nothing better than cannon fodder. So, I'd hardly call it cheating, more like handicaps so rats can just barely keep up with the rest of Eve.

"Tomahawks?"

"----in' A, right?"

"Trouble is, those things cost like a million and a half each."

"----, you pay me half that and I'll hump in some c4 and blow the ---- out of it my own damn self."
