Considering a very similar toon sold for 55bn and that Kasak has in excess of 15billion of implants, I don't thing that the asking price is unrealistic.

i think you are asking too much for this toon...
you can fly alot of ships, but you can't fly all the them well.
you haven't got max gunnery on all weapons types and you have alot of wasted SP in industry and science and social
you capital navigation needs a bit of love too.
my advice to you as a character seller for more than 4 years:-
Arrow train the skills up to level 5 for a year or so, so you can actualy have an awesome toon
Arrow then try and spam the market with an 'awesome toon worth 60 bil' shizzle
Arrow win at eve, eventually
