Missing the cancel or change payment option in eve account management

Since the upgrade I am unable to find either the change payment or the cancel option in the eve account manager.

I am probably missing it as I would hate to think CCP would remove it from the account management to make it harder to cancel accounts.

Any help would be appreciated.
