I just bought some contracts for loot that is halfway across the galaxy when someone in my home refining system is offering near 3b worth of loot for only 2b. I pulled in some favors for my previous haul but this last one will net me a plex for this month and next.

I don't have anything for collat because I gotta run from Khanid Kingdom to Okellen to grab this other contract.

You say you just bought some loot, but nothing to offer as collateral. I'm not going to give you the ISK, but you're welcome to put me into contact with your 3b of loot guy and I could purchase it for you then sell it to you as your funds allow.
