No 'Report Bot' button availability.

So an annoying bot in Jita local shouts out my name saying hes sent me isk. Woo!

Obviously he hasn't, and no I didn't send him any. So I went looking for the report bot button. However I can't access the action menu in the top left of character info screen. So I petitioned him.


When I got a response it said in future to report it using the method I can't use...

I couldn't respond directly to the petition as it was automatically closed.

Does anyone else have this problem?
