Regional trading will be better than margin trading in Jita station. At least you don't have to compete with market bots directly that way. Although prepare yourself for a lot of long hauls and eventual ganks if you autopilot a hauler.

(1) create a "PvE corp" in high-sec
(2) recruit some dedicated officers to run the show
(3) go afk for a few weeks
(4) come back and empty the corp wallet
