lol, I blame CCP

we run regular missions and its like pulling teeth to get some people to show up
CCP goes on a roam and people you thought were dead in RL start logging in out of the blue

We've also been getting regularly 40K+ on weekdays. The hubs have been awesomely busy.

They should parade more often ... just sayin'.

I remember playing in an old MMO, that had GM events once a month. That weekend was the most awesome ever, with GM's masquerading as the Gods or powerful extraplanar entities and commanding others to do this or that.

If CCP can parade randomly at least once a month that would be HUGE. Perhaps even create small corps people can join and give tasks, like kill this or search for X in this deadspace station, something like that, simple.

People will gank them, traitors from own corp will gank them, everybody will gank everybody, thats the way of eve. But it WOULD BE FUN. They can even attach themselves to FW corps, 2 devs/gms for each side and bring everyone along for a battle royale of free for all .

See? that's the kind of thing we need, and it doesnt need to be everyday, once a month (time it if you evil to average date of people's renewal date for max profits) you go roam in a special event, nothing fancy, either parading or FW like I said before or something simpler.

We really, REALLY need more EVENTS ... we need new breeds of DigitalCommunists ruining events :P or at least trying. Need more involvement from the big CCP.

Now all CCP have to do is another patch that equals Crucible or is better and numbers will climb past 2009 numbers.

The cool thing is the more players in the sandbox (sic) the more interaction is facilitated. The more interaction the more interesting the game.
