I thought that was what "EVENTS" was for.

So now we have two channels for CCP events and still no channels for real events, huh?

On the plus side, nothing has changed since I left. The events community is still dead as ever.

the live events chanel has been alive and busy even without live events

im not sure the same applies to the events channel...................

Channel Guidelines definately need consideration before entering channel. - no adult content was missed by some... All in though the good times definately roll, brilliant way to co-ordinate without fleets, most people learnt the target destination of CCP's fleet last night from the Live Event Channel.

CCP were even willing to accept evemail from players relating to "Live Events" whilst busy with the Navy Mega's last night.



Its fully integrated for its function.

I had a great time with the fleet defense event on 11DEC11 2000UTC. It was fun to break the eve routine with some pew pew!

Things that might bear improving is just organization, nobody was sure on where the link up was or who the defense fleet was etc etc. Maybe being part of a CCP Fleet coud be a on the side affilitation, like working as a salesperson (your player corp) as a job and being part of the Freemasons or Boy Scouts or whatever on the side (CCP Fleet affilitation). If that is a option maybe tie it in with the already existing NPC organizations within the game.

Also this event got me into nullsec for the first time, getting highsecpilots into null for any reason has got to be some sort of win.
