Look at all these shitposters.

It would be nice if CCP could actually explain what is happening here because it isn't the traditional messages about session change timers, or systems not being ready.

Agreed.
When it was said the session change timer would be changed to 20 seconds I thought it actually meant that. Sure the session change timer now shows 20 seconds but I still cant jump after that time has passed. This new error message isnt really preferable to the good old "session change already in progress".

I can't say I've had that issue
I got it last night while trying to jump while the timer graphic was still up
it let me jump when the timer ended

I did not pull out a stopwatch

So I timed the message.

First time I got it it was only about 5 seconds after the session change timer finished.

Second time I had to wait a whole minute before I could jump.


So it doesn't seem to be a set time???

most definitely have not encountered this in all my travels

could it be a consequence of time dilation?

Well it was jumping into Amarr on a busyish day. Its possible. It would explain why the message came with Crucible.

I've had this issue after short warps between gates in sparsely populated null-sec. It's happening reasonably often and it doesn't seem to matter whether the target system has 0 or 30 other pilots in it.
