5th Sub-System for Strategic Cruisers - Proteus Ideas

CCP did mention that there were going to be 5 sub-systems for the strategic cruisers but for whatever reason this fell through.
Examples of 5 sub-systems for the Proteus as follows.

Proteus Defensive - Structure Augmentator - Gallente ships have the most hull so this subsystem will add resistances for the hull as well as increasing it and adding two lowslots for any extra hull tanking [if you desire].

Proteus Electronics - Immobility Drivers - Basically the Minmatar sub-system for the Proteus to increase webifier range

Proteus Engineering - Reactivation Nullifer - This stops the delay in any cloak reactivation just like stealth bombers so any cloak fitted to the Proteus loses its delay and the proteus can target as soon as it decloaks.

Proteus Offensive - Dual System Offensive - For those who are fond of the Tristan and Celestis turret and missile slots this adds
3 missile and two turret slots for HAM/HML combined with Hybrid turret usage. Maybe a very small drone bay too.

Proteus Propulsion - Dual Propulsion Array - Allows the use of an afterburner AND a microwarpdrive at the same time. No speed increase bonus with this sub-system.

I reckon an extra sub-system for the strategic cruisers would give them an extra dimension and reduce the amount of cookie cutter set-ups that can be found.

These are some game-changing changes, they are too big and powerful.
And why give minmatars bonus to gallente? They are racial specific for a good reason.

well the "Reactivation Nullifer" does seem interesting, but it should be an electronic subsystem, as cloaking is an electronics mechanic, and the rig that effects the same this is an electronics superiority rig

secondly, why give the matari bonus to the gallente ship? that would make it totally overpowered . . .

I would like to see another subsystem for the T3s though . . . it would be really cool.

Sure the sub-systems can be jiggled around a bit.

The Minmatar one for the Gallente is a consequence of people complaining how
difficult it is for blaster ships to get into range also note the Vigilant with a web bonus.

A lot of sub-systems are shared between the tech 3's too like the Adaptive Augmentator which
the Legion, Proteus and Loki get albeit with differences in slots etc. The web one for the Gallente
could merely be changed from a web distance bonus to a web strength one.
Maybe the ones below would make more sense?

If anything then the races secondary EWAR bonuses
Minmatar - Target Painters
Amarr - Tracking disruptors
Gallente - Sensor Damps
Caldari - ECM bursts? Never thought about it but caldari doesnt really have a secondary.

One of the aims of tech 3 is not to replace the specialised tech 2 ewar shiups like pilgrim and lachesis.
