Eveboard login problems

I'm trying to login to eveboard to get my main's details in order to sell him. However, eveboard keeps telling me my account status blocks access. I've tried several times to use the new API keys, but they're not working. Could I be doing something wrong?

Because CCP does not own eveboard so go complain to the right people who do. Or you're just bad at the internet and you need to log off forever.

is the account subscribed? it has to be in order to sell characters in the first place.
