Low Sec Production

I was wondering if anybody with far superior knowledge of spreadsheets and things can tell me if it's more profitable to mine in null and compress, send to low sec to refine and then build components and capitals in a pos there using the thukker, or if it is better to just mine and refine in a minny station in null and build there in a pos.

I know some of the basic pros and cons but I don't know about the math to calculate the isk gained or lost. Many factors to consider like the cost of jump freighter fuel, and the minerals lost by refining in low sec, and the gains to production by using a thukker array.

The thunker will build components cheaper, and faster than anywhere else.

However, having a thunker componet array in a low sec POS makes it a huge target.

risk vs reward, but the rewards are gone if your POS gets bashed.

ok let's assume the pos bash threat is elimated. Now which is better. And I understand the Thukker builds fast and cheaper, but you have to think about the millions of isk lost when you refine in the station there. Just trying to see if anyone has done the math on the profit/loss to building either carriers or dreads.

I think this is really just two questions.
How much do you loose refining in lowsec vs null? This is well documented.
How much do you gain in building components in lowsec? 10% of mineral cost - cost of pos. + the 'cost' of time for you.
