Im sorry but who in there right mind would put 2x T2 ccc riggs on a Hel, Hel needs all the tank it can get and is usually dual armor & shield tanked as its so crappy.......so why would any1 include the 2x CCC riggs in the price?
With the nurf coming up aswell I think you will be lucky to get 19bill.

This ship has all the resists it can get, if your tank brakes, and extra 3 million EHP are not going to save you, but the ability to pump out 4000 points of shields and 2000 points of energy might. Either way the price I posted is 2 billion lower than what it would cost to build, that is a lot more than the measly 400m you are bickering over.

And the buyout is only there for someone who wants it RIGHT NOW, I will accept whatever bid is highest as long as its 18b or higher.
