Some quick questions about locator agents:

Is the character located upon the locate request or 4 minutes later, when the eve mail notification is sent?

What is the cooldown between locate requests from a single agent?

Location of pilot is where he is at the start of the search.

A level four agent has a 20 minute cooldown after the locate is complete.

Level 3 agents have a 15 minute cooldown. But an 8 minute 'other region' search time.

The eve-locator web tool keeps track of when you used a particular agent so you can know whether or not you should have a locate avaiable.

The char is located the moment the fee is paid (= as stated, at the start), so make sure to have him located him at least twice with about 5 minutes between the searches. The more often, the better, obviously.
