Block from (specific) channel

Hi,

I'm not sure how difficult this would be to program, but having the ability to block a player from specific chat channels would be useful to me. This occurred to me after having to block several mongoloids shitting up a channel. However, it would be useful to still be able to have the ability to communicate in other circumstances, such as in fleets. Having a field to put a note in while blocking someone would be nice too.

For example, your friend is spamming in Jita local, so you block them from there, but are still able to communicate outside that channel.

Right click, unblock, done. Next time he bothers you in a channel, right click, block, done. Or close the channel, there are only so many you can watch at once.
