The posted a whole lot of changes to invention today as an upcoming release. Any chance those changes will be implemented in IPH 3.0?

Since this won't be implemented for awhile according to their post, none of it will make it into 3.0. I'm looking at the code now actually to make sure I don't implement something now that will be a waste of time come then. Right now the only curve ball I can see is the 4 tiers of invention success. I'll keep watching it though. Hopefully it's not more complicated than what they put up.

As far as the update, I'm making progress and things are going along. I'll get more specific when I get close to done but I have a bit yet to do.

Feature Request

First off I'd like to thank you for developing this tool. Its been a great help to business and I will/have made a donation to the cause.

I'd like to request a feature for the price tool. I obtain my prices from a number of different places and in a number of different ways. For example I buy low end minerals locally with buyers prices and high end minerals from Jita at sellers price. I get Datacores from Dodixie at sellers price and PI goods from my Boffins. Then I get decryptor prices from each trade hub based on race at buyers prices. As you can see there are a lot of operations here to get a price profile for my business. it takes a bit of time to sort out. However the real disadvantage is that I can't share my price profile with others in my corp who need to know how much things have cost to build.

This is where the feature comes in. I would like to save a batch of different price inquiries into a file so that I can load them when I want to redo my prices. I also want to be able to export that file and send it/share it with those who need it. That way all my Boffins are working off the same figures. This will allow me to completely customise my prices and still share them.

hope this isn't a lot of work to implement.

Feature Request.

Not sure if this has been requested or not but would it possible to add compressed ore/ice mining isk ratios?

Like under the mining tab, be able to switch between isk per hour for minerals and selling compressed ore/ice.

Could you please add a way for IPH to log me into Eve, kick off some of my production lines then take my logi, warp around the system and rep up any POS shields that need it.

Please have finished by Next Friday.

Basically it sounds like you are asking to be able to save prices and import prices. I have that on my list already, but not sure when I'd implement it.

Well, you can switch it to not refine and that takes into account the ore prices. I'll see about adding an option to compare with compressed ore at some point.

Just an FYI though, I'm not working on many new features (unless they were done/mostly done prior to crius) until I get this new version done.

Oh dear.

Looks like that "lolololol" totally unreasonable feature request was, in fact, already on Zif's roadmap -- at least partially. Perhaps it wasn't so laughable after all...

The program gives an error and shuts down. Сannot add the API key.

IPH is still in the process of being updated for Crius and at the moment doesn't work well, if it works at all. Be patient along with the rest of us.

Just want to thank you for a phenomenal tool. IPH is the best 3rd party software for EVE I've ever used, including EVEMON and EFT. I've donated too and prob will again.

Hi Zifrian,

I've not been able to use your IPH calculator yet as it is broken, but I can already tell that it's the best tool I've ever laid eyes on. I sure hope I get to use it soon. Is there any chance you could commit what you have so far as a sort of beta version even if some features don't work yet?

You could even release it on the dubious premise of "Early Access: Do not buy this game unless you like playing utterly broken garbage and torturing hikers" and charge good money for it.

If not, that's fine too. Keep up the good work!

You can find all the latest code at SourceForge. If you want to try using the program as-is, just download it and compile.

... You do still have to compile VB, right?
