remote info file could not be fetched

this morning I thought I should check my training queues on 3 of the characters im training and the launcher doesn't want me to play.

I googled the issue and read a bunch of stuff about it but didn't find a solution. Tried to make a ticket about it but maybe I did something wrong cause I couldn't make one.

checked connection...well the launcher isn't working right now but im here writing this so connection is ok.

went over there https://client.eveonline.com/patches/premium_patchinfoTQ_inc.txt and got this BUILD:825275, 825275, 2014.09.10
0,0,0 whatever it is.

last night everything was ok...that was 12 hours ago. What could possibly go wrong in these 12 hours?

this is the first time ever I had a problem with eve. What are the proper steps to deal with this? From what I read around the net most people couldn't find a solution and the problem either went away on its own after a few days or weeks or they just stopped playing eve cause the issue was never resolved. I'd hate to stop playing eve...that's not one of my options.

P.S. no windows update happened(unless my pc decided to go skynet on me) during those 12 hours from the last time I played till now that the launcher denies to let me play.

just checked my anti-virus and internet security and everything is ok, Got everything eve in the exceptions list just to be safe.the problem still persists.

PROBLEM SOLVED!

how?...unknown. I just did a restart of windows
