Game will only start in safe mode.

Haven't changed any computer-wide settings recently, or messed with drivers. I had been running a second client in safe mode previously but it had never caused issues, but as of a few hours ago the game will only start in safe mode, regardless of the /safe mode switch being used.

What do I have to delete for the repair tool to fix it? I'd rather not redownload the entire game.

I uninstalled the game, deleted all traces, restarted the computer, reinstalled, still same problem.
