Back after 2-3 year and have 5mill SP to allocate from the learning skill change, help

After a long time away from the game I decided to reactivate my account and was meet with many changes, one of them being the removal of the learning skills. this has left me with 5mill SP so spend and I'm not quite sure what to use it on.

I haven't played in close to 3 years so I don't really remember much about what skills are important and the addition of new content properly mean there is many new skills I need (t3 ships have been added?)

I was about to finish off Ammar ships by training for carrier so one route would be to train carrier and fighters to 4/5? and maybe other support skills for capital I will need, or maybe train for the tech 3 ship if they are worth the effort.

So really what I'm asking is what would you do if you where in my situation.

Actully, spend a few on Cyber V and buy some +5's first
