Problems:

1) No suitcase (a standard Thorax fit has literally the same EHP)
2) T2 rigs on a cruiser
3) No web. Even worse, Void loaded.
4) Unneeded cap injector
5) Unneeded nosferatu.
6) It's a Maller.

You can change them for cheaper ones.

Stable with everything on
And 23k effective hp with all rigs changed to I
