Could the CSM please 'express' to CCP that 2 weeks out from an expansion when they are changing ships, not even having the proposed changes up on F&I for verbal feedback, let alone on Sisi for live testing isn't conducive to involving the player base, or collecting any sort of meaningful feedback.
