The above guidelines are not up for discussion and they will not be further clarified. If you need further clarification you are probably doing something you should not be doing.

Teaching new players about the harsh reality of EVE is perfectly fine. It in fact should be encouraged.
However, entering rookie systems and baiting unsuspecting players who are just learning the game mechanics - many of which are doing tutorial missions at the time - is reserved for the most pathetic of players.

Below is a list of said pathetic players, taken from rookie system Couster dating back to mid May of 2014. Let this thread serve as a forever stain on their careers. No matter where they go, a quick Google search will reveal the past crimes of these players.

Please feel free to add your own entries. I will be adding more rookie systems over time, but any help is appreciated.
