Overall the investment will cost you 11B at current Plex prices and yet will yield 25m SP char that's extremely focused. From what I see with quick search 20m Moros pilots would sell for 15B, and Archons sell for 10b, so lets say it sells for 20B making it a 200% return albeit a around a year long one.

Something worthy of note is that:
Most of the skils except for prequisites and core supports are at 4
Starting up with char that remapped for intelligence/memory quite some time ago and yet has bonus remaps is ideal (I specifically have chars waiting with that in mind- getting 4 remaps within a year).
Specifically training for cybernatics first is important +4 implants shorten the plan by 150 days (25% improvement)

For the extra sale value with the idea that some skills are better left at 5 and yet getting to sale condition is something to be desired following skills should left to your consideration in regards of skilling them to 5:
JDC planned at 5
Sentry interfacing planned at 5 (For solo carebearing)
Only Caldari drone specialization planned to 3
Fighters planned at 4
Signature Analysis/Long Range Targeting planned to 5 (prequisite to Triage)
Ammar Carrier/Gallente Dread planned to 4 but the plan ends on Perception/Willpower remap
Capital Hybrids planned to 4
