I think there was a dev post somewhere saying that it will have a bonus on targets hit by the DD per level of the titan skill and will be able to use cov ops cloaks and MJDs.
They are only still thinking about wether they should be able to jump to covert cynos or not and then realse them.

What would a T2 Titan even be called?

T2 Titans do exist.

They are the Iapetan Titans.

Heh, no, I mean like how T2 frigates are named: Interceptor, Assault Frigate, Stealth Bomber.

Cruisers: HAC, Recon, etc

What would T2 Titan be?

The absolute death of EvE.

EVE's been dying slowly for a really long time now.... might as well send it off with a bang.

First alliance to complete one of each T2 titan wins EVE with the Power Ranger victory condition.

The 4 T2 titans will be able to link together to form a Power Ranger Megazord. I read this on a dev blog.

See you all for game 2.

Moirai (lat. Moerae)

In Greek mythology they are incarnations of destiny and some claim that even the father of Gods and men, Zeus, is bound to their dictates.

T2 capitals already exist, at least if you go by the market window (rather than functional) definition of capships. And just because they give every BP in a specific class the same stat does not mean that the stat will actually be used. So there's nothing new in the devblog, I'm afraid.

For clarity purposes, Freighters belong in the Capitals and Capital Industrial Ships group for the invention chance, so yes, it's a reduction in success rate.

Mine doesn't either.
It shows jump freighters, but those aren't capital ships.

Yes it does. All freighters are considered capitals by the market window, irrespective of not functionally belonging to that class.

Also, functionality aside, it's pretty sensible that they're put in the XL size category for the blueprints (which is really how the invention chances are being divided up).

Frigates, Destroyers, Freighters and Skiff have a base probability of 30%
Cruisers, Industrials and Mackinaw have a base probability of 25%

In the Current Game Freighters are diffrent then Indutrial Related Ships.
and in the after Freighters are not meniond
SO at the very least
Capitals and Capital Industrial Ships have 20%

That in the very least means industrial ship t2
