Evemon 1.5.4.3315 Update all Issue

I'm using the mentioned version of Evemon

Under Tools-Options-Update

on the upper left hand corner Under Queries Updater (highlighted in blue)
the UPDATE ALL button is greyed out meaning cant click on it. It used to be click-able
& force update all the skill training Ques has anyone figured out how to Force UPDATE ALL
yet?????

The logic mechanic behind that button has been improved and it will get available only when it's really needed. Spamming the API isn't a very good idea.
