Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Hi all,

Today I tried to do something in EVE I have never done before to explore new content. I have been thinking about going into a wormhole for awhile (my decision had nothing to do with the Hyperion changes that have managed to **** off 95% of WH community). After a few days of planning and finding a good hole/chain for me I set up a POS move op and got into my destination hole. I made my WH corp hours in advance of placing the POS.

When I got to the moon, I was prompted with something like the following incredibly infuriating message:

"Corporations must be at least 7 days old to anchor structures"

I recently asked a group of more experienced players why this was the case. They said that as of the Kronos patch POS mechanics have been altered to include this mechanic as a way to buff hi sec war decs against bears taking down POSes and reforming new corps. As a solo war deccer with one of my toons, I can sympathize with these mechanics to a degree.

What I want to know is why eve is telling me I need to wait another 6 days to anchor my POS in wormhole space. This space already has a shortage of permanent occupants, and I'm in a wormhole that no sane person would ever try to settle. I am asking for CCP to consider removing this mechanic for w and nul space. There are numerous reasons that someone would need to take over moons quickly under a certain corp, and this dumb mechanic shouldn't be a barrier to players who are entrepreneurial enough to want to set up POSes quickly.

Please take this into consideration.

i agree , making new corp to anchor pos in wormhole is huge pain especially when you found juicy wormhole and want make base but you have to wait 7days . you wait and when you try anchor it again your wormhole was ttaken-over.

the 7day stasis should be applied to highsec and lowsec pos anchoring ormhole should be not affected
